Design Quality Management
The design quality of nonvolatile memory IP requires highly sophisticated optimization between device structure, circuit design, and layout design. Floadia aims to involve all the functions of our company in order to maintain total design quality based on the quality manual. The design work is performed according to the standard IP design flow defined in the manual. Design review will be performed at every stage of the design along with related technology experts, and customer engineers when necessary, in order to check the quality level of each IP and brush up.
Stretch for Higher Level Reliability
Electronics components are the key elements in any type of system such as consumer equipment, communication tools, PC & peripherals, game machines, medical equipment, industrial machinery, automobiles and IoT terminals.
With the diversification of applications of electronic devices equipped with eNVM modules, demands for high-level quality such as auto grade is being intensified. Floadia will continue to challenge to realize the highest quality requirements corresponding to harsh environments.
Common reliability items associating with nonvolatility are Endurance performance of Program & Erase and Data retention characteristics. Floadia also perform additional quality tests according to customers quality requirement.
Floadia is capable to provide the precise estimation of quality level based on the result of reliability test.
Targeting zero defect in Mass Production
Most of the Early Failures are related to defects that occurred during the manufacturing process. In order to screen these defects, it is imperative to carry out an appropriate screening process.
Floadia provides appropriate screening procedure optimizing the Test Spec according to each specific device structure and the circuit design.

Efforts against anti-social forces
Floadia prohibits anti-social transactions by employee in accordance with the “Basic Rules on Anti-Social Transaction Prevention (Draft)” and has also established a mechanism to prevent anti-social transactions, such as contract review, internal audit and employment rules.

Since its business domain extends all over the world, Floadia make sure we comply with “Laws and regulations related to security export control”. Floadia implements periodical education for all of its employees.
Managing Confidential and Privacy Information
Floadia pays highest attention to protect customer information to secure their interest, as well as that of internal private information. Floadia enforce it through “Sales Confidential Management Rule”, “Specific Personal Information Protection Rule”, and “Non-Disclosure Agreement” with employees, to cover not only domestic but laws and regulations all over the world.
Consultation and Reporting Desk
Due to the size of the company still in development, Floadia’s auditor plays the role of consultation and reporting desk, whenever we have compliance issue. Our auditor has meeting with all of our employees periodically to secure opportunity for communication.
