Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ), Mitsubishi UFJ Capital Co., Ltd., and Daiwa Corporate Investment Co., Ltd. have decided investment to Floadia up to JPY 800 million for future business expansion, and part of the investment has been executed.

Floadia will provide low cost, low power consumption, and high performance embedded non-volatile memory for IoT products, and will contribute to the market expansion.
